SafeRail system consists of rail sections & specifically formed corners, which enable side, overhead or ground based installation of the system to a suitable structure. It can easily be adapted to most construction & environmental conditions.
SafeRail has been designed so that the end user can travel from a Vertical position to a Horizontal position on one continuous system without any disconnection. These systems are designed to be used for most industrial environments & specifically Rope Access & Abseiling applications.
The design of rope access systems is undertaken in conjunction with the building or structures owner or representative & is subject to a detailed design & operation considerations & engineering certification for the parent structure.

SafeRail is manufactured from robust, lightweight, corrosion resistant structural aluminium materials suitable for most common environmental conditions. It will accommodate multiple users subject to a maximum of 3 users per span, with a maximum radius for the SafeRail bend at 500mm. It can be used for overhead, shoulder, vertical & foot mounted applications. The SafeRail and trolleys are tested to a minimum of 15kN statically in all directions that a load can be applied during proper use.
